All across the UK it is the same situation. Here in South and West Wales, three firms Sinclair, Days and Gravells have mopped up the major brands and all the smaller family run business are gone.
Whilst there a good and bad stories to be had with all firms, normally the bigger the firm the less personal the service and when problems occur, result in more frustration.
If Motability were more commercially aware they could be offering a service like Cazoo offering new and relatively new models on a direct to the door scheme.
