Thank you for sharing your experience – are you able to confirm what details the dealer will need from me? I use a wheelchair but at the same time I can also walk a few steps, so confused if A) I qualify and B) how will the dealership know if I am able to claim thiis?
Hi its fairly simple the form is one you can download link below: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/419380/Eligibility_Declaration_Disabled_-_March_2015__2_.pdf All we did was print a couple and take them with you, when you find the right car and price fill this form out, once completed the dealer will send the declaration off and should apply the vat deduction to your invoice.
