It’s a shame this hasn’t already started because my dealer would be off to a bad start from go?
I just can’t believe this but yesterday my car was collect by the dealer for service and MOT and was booked in 3 weeks ago.
A guy collects the car, an hour early but no problem there and tells me the car will be back before 5 PM. I get a phone call at 2 PM saying they need to renew the front brake pads so I say whatever and again they say the car will be back at 5 PM. Guess what, I get a call at 5:10 PM saying the car needs to be re-MOT’ed after it failed because of the brake pads.
I’m fuming to say the least because I’ve never ever in my 50 years of driving know a garage to MOT first then do the service. I’ve never had a garage not bring the car back on the same day either.
So I got the car back this morning but I’ve slagged them off on Trust Pilot and will defend what I’ve said there. This morning after I got the car back I got a phone call coming from a local number and I thought it was the dealer complaining about my 1 star review on Trust Pilot but no it was my other dealer calling about the car I got on order saying they now have a build date for my new car. At least I won’t have to deal with my current morons much longer.
Just to put a picture in your mind on it as a disabled person who has no one else but myself and my car to get from A to B its frighting to say the least to see an empty driveway outside my house and I now know how Matt Damon felt as his spaceship blasted off of Mars going back to Earth without him and the isolation and feeling of being locked in. ????
