Slow puncture – Booked van into Kwkfit. Arrived – no booking, Manager did not put it in the book / on screen apparently.
Spoke to a professional and caring employee who said they would sort it out straight away. He removed tyre and found the puncture and reported back that it was a simple repair and I would be on my way in 15 minutes.
Ten minutes later the Manager arrives in the building to inform me that the repair cannot be carried out due to the ‘angle of entry’ and a new tyre would have to be fitted.
I did not get to speak to the helpful chap, he was moved onto the vehicle furthest away from the viewing area.
