Nope, took mine in with a flat, told to come back in 30 mins as they were busy, came back and fixed within 45 mins, 30 of which was them waiting on the phone for the approval for the new tyre.

Used them for puncture repair 3 times since 2015, always been no problem. But then, I’ve never tried the mobile service, just used the repair kit goop in the boot, blow up tyre, go to Kwikfit…If goop didn’t work I’d call RAC. Kwikfit even gave me a new cannister of goop last time (a few weeks ago), which was a first.
