I went with tethered as I don’t want the hassle of getting a lead out all the time. You could of course leave your lead plugged in, but then why not just get tethered?!
Why not have the charger closer to where you car will be parked? Moving a length of wet cable will not be much fun.
I have my charger, just not the car!
