Hi @Martin the only reason I see fitting a wall charger is if you want a far quicker charge. I have a Hyundai Tucson Phev Ultimate and I charge through the night on a cheaper tariff using the Granny Cable that comes with the car. From a fully deleted battery it will take about 11 to 12 hours, with a wall charger it takes about just over two hours. I always top it up after each trip during if I am going out later in the day.
As Ian has said it may not make financial sense to purchase a charger. If you do go down the road of buying a charger I would go for the Zappi or the Ohme chargers.
One it arrives you will find the Tucson a comfortable drive. I have been very pleased with it since getting it in April and have had numerous trips to London and a weeks holiday in Scotland at Aviemore.
