I agree with Ian, Martin. Save your money. We charge our XC40 PHEV off a three pin plug. Don’t know about the Tucson’s maximum charge rate, but even on a dedicated charger the time taken to charge the Volvo empty to full only reduces from about 4.5 hours to 3 hours.
