If were talking about the £150 linked to lower council tax bands I had mine months ago.
If you pay your council tax by direct debit the council will pay the £150 directly into the bank account that the council tax is debited from. This will be done automatically with nothing for the receiver of the £150 to do.
If you pay your council tax by cheque or at the post office you will need to apply for the £150 as the council does not know your bank account details. There should be an online form to download to apply for the money at your local council’s web address.
I’ve had no other £150 so assume this is the one were talking about, or is there another one ? With all the money being thrown around or talked about its easy to lose track of what were being given for help.
