I have tremendous admiration for the devotion and dedication QE2 gave to being our Monarch. I do hope the Palace manage this period of Mourning well, too disruptive and gloomy will be damaging, it’s a balancing act, times have changed since 1952, I do hope they realise.
yeah i remember a few like churchill that were morose even in the day. 12 days mourning is imo, way too long.
