About 18 months ago I had more or less the same problems with a Vauxhall dealership. Totally messed about and misled. When the ST eventually arrived it was not up to the spec of the car when I placed the order.
After a few days of taking delivery, Motability gave me a free transfer, the ST went back and I went to Toyota.
