I have been to the Bristol office and there are loads of folk with disabilities working there. They even have a shower toilet! Very nice working environment. But sorry, I don’t have the numbers.
I’m not 100% sure but aren’t the Bristol offices Motability while the one in London is Motability Operations. As I live in Bristol I’ve often ask the Bristol office if I could just pop in and see someone face to face to talk over a complicated matter and have always been refused with them saying the offices are not set up for customer front office contact. Dealt with them a few times on the phone and they have always been very sympathetic though never getting the answers I want to hear mostly about the cost of adaptions and automatic gearboxes that are a must have aid to my disability driving.
