I’d be surprised if your tour will ever turn up, demand for the bigger battery and spec on the tour is high so I wouldn’t be surprised if the dealer hasn’t sold your car and is just messing you around
We took our tour in for the software update last month and the dealer said they have a waiting list for people wanting secondhand tours and they fetch silly money
Hopefully this isn’t the case and yours is just stuck in a queue
