This is interesting, especially as electric cars roll out en masse with up to 350kWh charging, this suggests that ultra fast charging, which will become the norm for many will lead to a quicker degradation of batteries, assuming battery technology doesn´t move on to something different, like solid state, for example. In the medium term this means, come the late 2030´s a lot of electric cars, still in development, will have lost a good % of their range after perhaps 7 or 8 years on the road.
