TBH I find ir all very weird how the DWP work. At my tribunal the DWP turned up, apart from the judge having ago at her on hw it got that far, she did say I will double check your claiming the right one because my tax payments put me in contribution based. Never heard anything apart from when I once had to see a compliance officer. He told me the % and how much of my claim was income based.
