Problem we had with bt broadband was as a family our usage was mainly when the kids got in from school and after work so peak time. We had an unlimited connection but they throttled down our connection at peak times as they said we was having excess usage or whatever the exact term they call it was i forget. The rest of the day except for hols it was not used at all. Not had any of that with virgin or sky when we had it. Safe to say I’d never get bt bb ever again and it wasn’t the cheapest option either at the time.
