    My experience has been quite the opposite of Winston’s. Found VM telly so much better than SKY although have been on Sky for some nine years now (Virgin not available in “new” house area). Sky TV reception can go wonky very easily (even high winds). Regularly loses WiFi connection to hub. Should reload automatically but, no, have to go through long, involved routine on telly to get it working again. Helpline and fault-finding internettery just useless. Most of all though, Sky audio on ALL channels is utterly rubbish. Even buying and using a sound bar has been no improvement. Sky box has a wide range of settings to click on for audio. All sound the same – indecipherable. Have to have subtitles on all the time to make any sense of most programs. Use BT for broadband, never had any problems. Wish Virgin would extend service to my area; would switch instantly.
