Hi fwippers – hopefully you have chilled a bit by now – drive in the country and a nice picnic sounds like a plan.
There is a lot of tech to learn – I have been involved with tech and programming for over 50 years – always difficult to move from one programming language to another.
What works for me is first get an overview of what it can do – then bit by bit learn how – reinforce the how by doing and finally it starts to become automatic so you are just concerned with why you are using it and what you are trying to achieve – I hope this isn’t sounding condescending – I think we are all getting frustrated at times with the tech – but we have waited so long to enjoy our cars – that’s what we need to do. – And yes – sometimes software is just wrong – I’m sure you will get it sorted in the coming week.
