    This happened to one of my neighbours a few years ago after they did get caught abusing the scheme.

    They got a car and gave it to a family member who was all over the country on business, I don’t have any issues with it.

    MB would be within their rights to put a tracker on every vehicle they own for security reasons alone. All they’d need to do is add a clause into the lease agreement.

    Most people have location history active on their phones so it’s not like we’re not already being tracked by someone sometime.
