Seems the case is, that under 25’s ain’t allowed to go far at all on one charge. It probally has to do with the added cost of the larger battery and weight of the car, but imo it’s more restrictive than before for under 25’s who want to go green.
When you disregard small cars as for many a small car just won’t work for them.
