some of the assessment tricks it recommends for assessment centres to use.
ensure that car parking spaces are more than 20 metres from the reception desk.
ensure the nearest bus stop is more than 20 metres from the entrance.
making sure that the assessment room is more than 20 metres walk from the waiting room.
a range of chairs in the room so they can see which they choose.
in fact there was some 200 off pages in their staff guide. With hundreds of tips to try and catch us out.
so if you are not careful then you have failed the assessment before you even open your mouth and say a word, simply because you managed to stagger 25 metres under a lot of pain on the way to the assessment.
these are all things that assessment centres are being told they should do, without them thinking up more of their own.
