    Steve.  I just got fed up with it in the end. People who use these cars need them especially because everyday life is a challenge anyway with whatever disability you or your partner may have and it got to the point of me worrying every time I got into the car in case something went wrong because on every journey it did. I was told the issue with the software was tripping it when switching between mobile phone towers causing a malfunction. …..Phaedra… the updated models from 2021 onwards have over-the-air updates via wi-fi and so don’t and can’t be updated manually. Thanks anyway.
