My Ateca has had a couple of similar problems for the last 2yrs. Dealer just says Seat (VAG) are well aware of them but no fix.
It also looks like Seat have stopped proving updates for the 2017-2020 Ateca Sat Nav, there’s been no update on their website for over 18 months, You can however use the Volkswagen ones, they put new updates on every 6 months, end of Nov and June. Just select VW Golf, 2017 onwards and the Discover media system.

There’s a guide on how to do the update on the Seat forum, basically you copy 1 file from the existing card, write the new data and then replace the new version of the file with the original older one.
