I found ohme to be on the ball, they contacted me within two days of ordering my EV. Ohme asks you to fill in a online survey, simple questions about your provider, how many who live there and so on with a few pictures of your fuse/ junction box and where you would like your charger. Now I’m waiting to be contacted by AES charge who will be fitting the charger.
