Yes , no, maybe?
I had a Motability Volvo V60 via the same dealership that serviced, & repaired my previous 4 Volvo XC’s but they didn’t supply them.
Throughout the 3 year contract, they treated me as a valued customer ,and even when I returned a Motability v60 2+ years early because of problems getting in and out of it and knowing that I would be going elsewhere!
So ‘no’, marks out of 10 – 10
Next came a Qashqai , the Nissan dealership was ok, but the salesman clearly had better things to do, than deal with a gimp and his rollator!
He did sit up and listen to me when the wife told him that the rollator was the end result of number 2401 parachute descent going wrong and with me crashing into a concrete runway – she lied of course , but it worked ( it was number 241 );.
So ,‘maybe’ ,marks out of 10 – 5.
Trying to change my 4 year old Tiguan has been a nightmare- fobbed off, indifference, no time ,will ring back – but don’t.
They all need a few lessons on ,’what is a disability?
