This could just be me not being very trusting but why would CAB not know how to fill in a form/book? They expect the claimant to understand it so if they worked together with someone from CAB then I’d like to think it could be done between two people. I also understand that they might not have seen it before but surely they have the competence to help?
I don’t know anything about social security Scotland but do they have the claimants best interests at heart or could they take advantage of the situation and potentially talk a claim down so that it is unsuccessful?
