My favourite winter spirit or a times of man flu is dark or Barbados rum (Doorlys 12 yr, Plantation 5yr or Mount Gay)
As well as a strong larger or cider during the summer my go to spirit is a G&T, either the old style dry gin or new age gin.
My favourite new age gin is Tanqueray No.Ten bottled at 47.3% and is the only gin in the prestigious globally-acclaimed San Francisco Spirits Hall of Fame.
