I understand everyone’s point on this from the dealership’s point of view. But I would like to see MB have a little more weight to their arm. As you would guess MB would be the UK’s biggest fleet purchaser. And we are MB clients but it really doesn’t feel that way, We are fighting for the crumbs.
Maybe introduce targets for dealers to drive competition to improve standards and service. We all commit a good sum of money over the years to MB. MB is sitting on the money when dealers get all the flack, And they are not really driven to serve and support us.
To me, the process is broken. But I’m also unsure how or if you can change it.
