I am fortunate that I have a Prius phev and at this time of year get about 30 to 35 miles before going onto petrol – it is good for between 55 – 65 to the gallon – again depending on speed and how it is driven – I very rarely do more than 30 – 40 mile round trips – so it was around February when we last topped it up – never more than half tank unless we are on one of our 500 mile round trips.
The way it drives however between electric and petrol is chalk and cheese – hence looking forward to the Kona.
In conclusion if I get the car by August I will be a happy man – let’s hope so ?
