Mine was back with Volvo early 2021 for the seats in the Pro variant being poor.
The centre section of the seat pad has a solid plate just underneath the very thin foam and so I’m actually sitting on this plate.
Volvo have basically said, ‘Tough’.
I’ve posted on a number of forums about it and the responses has been that many are experiencing the same or similar.
Journeys have to be split up to ~20 minute segments for me.
I’m sorry to say, but other than changing the car, there is nothing that can or will be done.
Volvo have seriously dropped the ball on their previously exceptional comfort.
