Supply team probably got sick and tired of constant requests, therefore decided to streamline the system between dealer and supply. In all fairness I was bemused at the time of my Tuscon order at how apparent the lack of information the dealer and supply was, as if they were totally two different companies.
Ideally in the real world one would expect to get the correct updates from the dealer it was purchased from. As it should be really 🙂
