I wonder if the Kwik Fit centres that offer poor service to Motability customers, offer “regular” customers the same poor service.
Maybe they think they can offer poor service as we’re less likely to go elsewhere. Or maybe they earn less money from Motability, so if a paying customer comes in, they’ll put them first.
