Some great points there olpk, also Thanks for the detailed reply.. Can I add I did post a vid off an elec bike, (I have recently got one). It’s a fold up version, fits in the boot of the car, so I take and use it mostly off road on private land, I have used it on the road, is this breaking the law then, if so why… Should have I bought a motability scooter instead, or a racing elec bike we all see speeding around in groups (couldn’t get far a racer, that far bent over)..
Electric bikes with pedals are not illegal on the highway.
