I have always been a bit wary about coming back to the car and finding that it has been keyed!
You “misparking” (potentially for a good reason) and a criminal offense are two different things.
If someone’s dense enough to key a car that’s observed by plenty of CCTV, i mean.. I don’t mind. I’ll call the police, they’ll get the tapes and with that, the person responsible, and you press charges.
As i said, we parked in those spaces before as well, it is what it is.
