    One thing has Annoyed me most is although it is not the dealers fault about the long wait for Motability orders is the long silence. The Manufacturers must take some blame here in that they do not seem to be in contact with the dealers on your orders i tried to contact fiat but you end up in another country and they then get in contact with the dealer and you get nowhere.I did get the dealer telling me it has not been built yet but only when i contacted them.

    That is probably because Fiat outsourced all their European (incl UK) Customer Services including the contact centre to Mopar in Holland. The staff there are meant to be multi-lingual but most likely only get told what Fiat wish to tell them!

    However, in your post on the forum dated 4th March 2022, you stated your car had been delayed until July. So I gather you had had some contact then to find out this information.

    I am not exactly sure what more a dealer or even Fiat could tell you at the moment unless, like the dealer has said, your car hasn’t been built yet.
