Until seeing this thread I thought it was just me being paranoid, but now I can see a number of people get a less than satisfactory service from the dealers. I was originally looking at the Mokka e, but after the sales people at two dealerships were not very helpful I ended up at a Bristol Street Motors Hyundai dealership. The sales executive could not have been more helpful and I arranged a test drive for the next day in a Kona electric Ultimate. Although the load space isn’t ideal, the Kona was a great little car and so I ordered one, now I have just have to wait the 8 to 10 months for delivery. I got a text re the home charging point before I got home, what do most people do, have it fitted straight away or wait until nearer the delivery date?
At present the charger is fitted for free, bear in mind although unlikely, that could change.
