It is Rene who is incorrect, not me. Let’s be clear: we have the mild hybrid i.e. 48v electrical assistance, full hybrid and plug-in hybrid. As I said, the mild hybrid is AWD only. Where does it show on page he has reproduced from the website that it is 2WD? And why do you think the full hybrid is only a couple of hundred pounds more at retail price than the mild hybrid? There is usually a £1600 premium for AWD and the full hybrid is usually £1800 more than the mild hybrid (look at the 3 for example), hence the approx £200 difference as above.
As for the just under 1K AP hike 4 to GT Line S the latter only costs £2k more if both are 2WD but £3600 for the AWD model. This AP to retail price ratio i.e 4 2 WD to GT Line S AWD is much more in line with the rest of the range.
