It is very disappointing. When we ordered ours on 4th October last year, 3 months before my current car would have to go back, (4th Jan) we were told by Crewe Hyundia it would be highly unlikely that my Kona Ultimate would be delivered by 4/1/22. A week after order, I got a call from the Dealer to say it would around mid April for delivery. So we get our on or before 20/04/22. So that would be 28 weeks plus 2 days from order.
Unfortunately, we are waiting from having one of the best EV’s on the Motability scheme. I delayed my Charger and that was fitted last week.
So just patiently waiting now.
All new orders now, I’m told 6-8 months for any new car. Motability or otherwise. EV or Petrol.
With all us waiting for our EV’s we will be so much better financially, even though energy prices have gone up.
