Whilst I agree with some of your comments, I can’t agree with the “stimulates the car industry”
if it did,then British built cars such as JLR woukd be in the scheme and cars like Kia and Hyundai wouldn’t,and sales of cars not built in the UK don’t stimulate the car industry
