Am I missing something the mokka ultimate 0 AP But the 2 lesser models cost?
No, it is normal and all to do with the second hand market. For example the cheapest MINI, the One, has the biggest AP. Higher than the Cooper and the even the Cooper S, and it hasn’t even got alloy wheels. It is a lot harder to sell the base models on the used car market. Like premium paint; it is “free” on most Motability cars, because when they get to the second hand market it is hard to sell a car without it.
