The delay on the 208 is due to the window switches on the driver’s door not shutting down properly and causing the 12V to drain. A fix has been sorted, but Peugeot UK have only just got the spare parts needed from Slovakia (where they’re built) and are fitting them now – hence the delay.
I have had my 208 for a year next month. Once, and only once, did the driver’s window refuse to go back up one freezing cold morning after I had lowered it. It fixed itself seconds later. Strange.
