Do you have a dual pole idolater switch?
The installer will more than likely install a secondary small consumer unit for the ev charger, if the tails need replacing between the fuse, meter and switch I believe it would be your supplier. Past that point it would be your responsibility and I doubt motability would pick up the bill.
