To be fair, i’m not bound to VW. If i get the impression that they’re taking me for a ride in two weeks, i’ll cancel the order and write off the time “spent” waiting as learning experience, and order something else.
While it’s optimistic, there are a few cars that could scratch our itch if they either come down in price (DS4 E-Tense), get added in reasonable spec (Sportage 265 GT Line S), wishful thinking (Cupra Born, Megane E-Tech) etc.
We’ll see. The GTE is still our favourite, but i’m not going to be taken advantage of by VW.
