I think putting private buyers aside that Motability are in the same boat as all other fleet buyers.
Not seen any queue jumping from a VW Tiguan ordering point of observations other than one or two out of many in the same boat as us that happened upon a dealership that just happened to have a cancellation but said lucky persons has no choice of colours or options and the one or two I’ve seen have been base models that a lot of other fleet buyer would pass by and rather wait month after month for the car they dreamt of and not regret having a car a few months early and had a nagging doubt in the back of their minds for the next 3 years that’s saying to them if only I’d waited a few more months, I could have been driving the car now that had all the options I’m now missing and no doubt regretting.
Of course its another matter entirely if you haven’t got a car now as these long wait times are very frustrating I’m sure but for myself in that respect its a PITA.
