Solid white is free, grey or black metallic are £600 and blue or red metallic are £700 outside motability. So it could be argued that the blue is not premium pearlescent paint, but if they argued that it is then the cost should be £100, £700 actual cost minus £600 that motability will pay. I’ve not been asked to pay anything and did confirm at the time of order that it was free.
