As someone else suggested might worth trying them you might be surprised.
My wife has the same issue with bellow type accelerator pedals, which tends to rule out many possibilities, she also needs a hoist for her motorisied wheel chair.
My wife settled on a MG HS which ticked all the boxes and has a ‘reasonable’ AP though reading posts on here it would seem MG are no longer taking orders so it will probably end up being removed from the scheme like so many others.
The chioce is limited at the moment and apart from the vehicles you mention the Grandland maybe worth a look it has a ‘low’ AP or maybe a Duster, it will as always depend on your indivdual needs as to what suits.
