Mitch, the Active versions of the Focus and Fiesta are what we used to call in the Marketing game “Marketing Bollocks”.
They have slightly raised suspension with extra cladding on the sills and under the rear bumper, but in no way are an SUV or even Crossover.
They have barely higher seating positions than the standard versions and will probably be lower than your Countryman.
I’d go for the non Active version.
