I agree using the adaptive cruise control use it all the time and at times dose have a mind of it’s own. You can override adaptive cruise control at any stage it kicks and starts slowing for no reason foot on accelerator bring it back up to speed and foot off and it should take over as long as you have not pressed brake pedal.
