Chris that’s good to hear but goes some way to highlight the need for the extension rules to be written down on the motability website. The problem with allowing some to do what others are denied is that it opens the company up to unwanted scrutiny. Someone reading this who has been denied a further extension to their initial one year extension will be wondering why, and rightly so.
We can of course complain about rules but rules should be rules if they are applied to some, and not others, I think it’s reasonable to complain and at the very least ask why.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
