    I had RAC out to inflate the flat tyre on the car. Just went to take said car to Kwik Fit as its just up the road & tyre is flat. Rang to see if mobile service could possibly come out tomorrow. Next appointment is FRIDAY! The person I spoke to clearly did not listen to me when I said ‘I cannot drive my car to Kwik Fit as my tyre is flat again & the RAC have already been out!’ As he asked me if the car was able to be driven to the local Kwik Fit just over a mile away! If that was the case I wouldn’t be ringing would I? Plus I’d already said that I couldn’t. He also expected a disabled person to give him the full tyre size. Not everyone is able to do this. So please be aware if you do ring them they will expect you to provide these details too.

    I now have to ring the RAC again tomorrow to get them to come out again to possibly take me & the car to Kwik Fit! Why is it so frustrating? Why do they not give you a spare wheel anymore? It’s not rocket science is it?!
